The Washington Homes Association

Washington Homes Association is managed by a Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is composed of nine individuals who are elected from the organization's membership roles.

Election to office is not based not on the popular vote of residents but rather on the number of units held and voted by each homeowner.   The number of units assigned to each property is based upon lot size.  Therefore, larger properties vote greater numbers of units per candidate than smaller properties.  Homeowners not able to attend the annual meeting are asked to fill out Proxies and returns them well in advance of the meeting.  Proxies are mailed to each homeowner in the Washington Highlands one month prior to the Annual Meeting.

The Board of Directors strongly encourages individuals within the Washington Highlands to come forward and serve on the Board.  This is your opportunity to "give back" to your community and help shape its future.  It is a very rich and rewarding experience.

Following are the current Officers and Directors that comprise the Board of Directors
