The Washington Highlands Historic Preservation Corporation (WHHPC) is our neighborhood's 501(c3) corporation, whose mission is to preserve the history and beauty of the area we live in.

We need your help to continue our efforts. A contribution to the WHHPC is an investment in your neighborhood and in the value of your home. No contribution is too small and all are fully tax deductible.

Want to host a Home & Garden Party?
 
Volunteers are still needed to open their home in October 2010 to host a great neighborhood get-together.  Hosting is simple, just provide your home, some ice, paper products and nametags and let your neighbors do the rest!

The annual meeting was held in October 2009.  If you were unable to attend, please read the meeting minutes to see what is going on in the Highlands!

Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Bunny visit
Saturday, March 20th, 10:00 a.m. at South Park
The annual Easter Egg Hunt and bunny visit for Washington Highlands children, grandchildren and friends is scheduled for Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.  at South Park.  The entry fee is $3 per child.  The event will be held sun or light rain, but will be canceled in the event of heavy rain.  Don't forget to bring your camera for pictures with the Easter Bunny!   Check out the "Holiday Celebrations" under the "Events" section for additional information and the registration form.
